USF Logistics to Locate in Richmond|
Richmond, VA -- May 10, 2001 -- Devon USA announced today that USF Logistics has selected the Enterchange at Walthall project as the location for a new regional warehouse & distribution facility. USF will occupy 116,000 sf of space in Enterchange Building C, which is the latest building to be completed in Devonís successful industrial park in Richmond, Virginia.
The project features 32 ft. clear ceiling heights, cross-docking, ESFR wet sprinkler systems, and extensive trailer parking on site. USF chose Enterchange following an extensive site-selection process which considered locations in several Virginia markets. The facility will be used for warehousing and distribution of Sara Lee products, primarily coffees and teas.
