In addition to its industrial assets, Devon is the majority partner in several multifamily investments; and is currently developing a new Class A multifamily project comprising 320 units in Williamsburg, Virginia.
The principals and related entities own 2,400 acres of prime farmland in the Mid-West, as well as other real estate and non-real estate investments.
